Strategic Business Partner Needed

The organization is seeking a seasoned strategic business partner to collaborate with high-level executives in various sectors.

This role involves working closely with corporate services leaders to deliver tailored solutions across the full consulting lifecycle, including:

  • Diagnosing business needs and developing targeted strategies;
  • Facilitating key programs and leading consulting initiatives;
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders on thought leadership and program development;
  • Providing input on business operations and contributing to the growth and success of the organization;

Key responsibilities include assisting in business development, identifying new opportunities, and promoting long-term partnerships with clients.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 4+ years' experience in consulting or a related field;
  • Strong training in end-to-end consulting, ideally through a graduate program;
  • Proven ability to work with diverse executive teams and drive change in complex contexts;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to facilitate programs, perform client diagnostic studies, and build lasting relationships with clients;
  • A curious mind and a collaborative approach to problem-solving;
  • Experience working in non-hierarchical environments and direct access to senior decision-makers;
  • Passion for delivering high-impact results and driving business growth;
