Main Responsibilities

  • Handling Enquiries: Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels of communication, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills in the use of digital ticketing systems and other relevant tools.
  • Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers to ensure end-to-end service delivery, capturing all interactions within digital ticketing systems.
  • Improvement Opportunities: Identify and provide feedback on opportunities for improvement, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Multitask and prioritize jobs to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the current team to ensure great customer service is provided, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure customer issues are resolved through end-to-end communication, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership environment.
  • Analytical Mind: Possess an analytical mind and problem-solving skills, enabling effective issue resolution.
  • Friendly Disposition: Display a friendly disposition and positive attitude, ensuring excellent customer interactions.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Computer Skills: Exhibit excellent computer skills, utilizing digital ticketing systems and other relevant tools efficiently.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Experience in a dealership environment and familiarity with a DMS are highly desirable, as well as a willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge.
  • Australian Working Rights: Hold full Australian working rights, ensuring eligibility to work in the country.
  • Jira Software: Familiarity with Jira software is highly desired, but not essential.

What We Offer

Join a positive work environment on a Monday-Friday roster, working full-time in a dynamic team. A negotiable salary is available, dependent on experience, which will be discussed at face-to-face interviews. Ongoing training will be provided, and once you are comfortable with your duties, the opportunity to work from home one day per week may be available.
