This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a premium airport lounge and lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional service across all lounge touch points.

  • Manage the Executive Premium Class Lounge at Cairns International & Domestic Airport
  • Deliver catering, cleaning, and concierge services with high-quality standards
  • Effectively manage budgets, implement stock control systems, and streamline business needs
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce labour turnover and enhance client relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in high-end hospitality delivery with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and personal skills with evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level
  • Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams
  • In-depth understanding of hospitality and food safety standards with knowledgeable risk assessment
