  • Managing an Executive Premium Class Lounge at Cairns International & Domestic Airport">
  • Delivering across catering, cleaning and concierge services">
  • Be a 'hands on' leader, ensuring the smooth functional flow of venues.">
  • Effectively manage the cost of goods and implement stock control systems within the workplace.">
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.">
  • Actively develop and execute strategies to reduce labour turnover.">
  • Continue to build, develop and enhance client relationships.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven track record in high-end hospitality delivery, managing bar, catering, front desk (hosts), and cleaning teams in fast-paced environments">
  • Strong analytical skills, successfully managing budgets, prioritising spend, driving profit, and identifying cost efficiencies">
  • Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level">
  • Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams">
  • In depth understanding of hospitality and food safety standards">
  • Hospitality or Business qualifications well regarded">
  • Knowledgeable in risk assessment and food hygiene (level 3 preferred)">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing resources and P&L in line with targets">
