Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Be a hands-on leader who can motivate and develop your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Servicing: Deliver catering, cleaning and concierge services that exceed client expectations.
  • Financial Management: Effectively manage the cost of goods and implement stock control systems within the workplace.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly financial and budgetary reports to identify opportunities to streamline business needs.
  • Team Development: Ensure effective development and utilization of professional knowledge and skills are shared across the team.
  • Customer Service: Maintain exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
  • Talent Management: Actively develop and execute strategies to reduce labour turnover.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in high-end hospitality delivery, managing bar, catering, front desk (hosts), and cleaning teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, successfully managing budgets, prioritizing spend, driving profit, and identifying cost efficiencies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams.
  • Hospitality Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hospitality and food safety standards.
  • Qualifications: Hospitality or Business qualifications well regarded.
  • Risk Assessment: Knowledgeable in risk assessment and food hygiene (level 3 preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing resources and P&L in line with targets.
