ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

In this senior leadership position, you will:

· Set the direction – Lead the development and delivery of the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) to align asset decisions with long-term organisational objectives.

· Drive transformation – Spearhead the shift from reactive to proactive, data-driven asset management practices.

· Lead digital integration – Oversee the transition of systems and data to TechOne, ensuring a future-ready, integrated digital platform.

· Strengthen governance – Establish asset performance frameworks, compliance systems, and reporting mechanisms in line with ISO 55000 standards.

· Engage stakeholders – Build strong partnerships with executives, government agencies, airlines, and industry bodies to deliver strategic outcomes.

· Shape culture – Influence and guide teams across the organisation to adopt lifecycle thinking and embrace innovation.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

·    Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or extensive equivalent senior-level experience.

·     Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in asset management within a complex, multi-site organisation.

·     Proven track record of implementing strategic asset management and transformation initiatives.

·     Strong understanding of ISO 55000 frameworks.

·     Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

·     Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and resilience in dynamic environments.

ELIGIBIILITY:

· Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.

· Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
