ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

In this important role, you'll report to the Security Operations Manager and help manage security activities and compliance at the airport. Your day-to-day work will focus on audits, support for security operations, and reporting to regulators.

Key responsibilities include:

· Managing internal audits and making sure we follow the Transport Security Program (TSP) and ASIC Program.

· Keeping key management systems and access records accurate and current.

· Supporting the work of our security screening provider and working closely with contractors and agencies.

· Investigating and reporting on security incidents.

· Helping manage the ID & Access Office when required.

· Preparing monthly, yearly, and compliance reports.

· Promoting a safe workplace and following our Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) standards.

ABOUT YOU:

· At least 1–2 years' experience in compliance or administration roles, ideally within aviation or a regulated environment.

· Relevant qualifications or Diploma in a related field (desirable).

· Knowledge of aviation security rules and requirements.

· Experience with systems like CCTV, Gallagher Access Control, ARINs, and key registers.

· Strong attention to detail and time management.

· Great communication and problem-solving skills.

· A proactive, team-first attitude and a customer-focused approach.

ELIGIBIILITY:

· Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.

· Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
