About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in the Department of Material Physics, Research School of Physics. The successful candidate will contribute to the conception, execution, and review of scientific research and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project proposals and other documents related to project management and delivery.
  • Work closely with project team members and internal and external project stakeholders to build effective and collaborative relationships.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in project management, science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management of scientific or research projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly developed organizational skills and effective self-management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
