Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Officer: Enterprise Bargaining to support the leadership and delivery of industrial relations strategies as part of this historic change. You will coordinate diverse projects, prepare quality communications, and provide Executive Officer support to enterprise agreement negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects including reviewing proposals, work plans, tracking tasks, milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare internal and external communications around project activities to share news and outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise agreement negotiations and working groups by coordinating agendas, attendees, papers, taking minutes and actions, and producing associated materials.
  • Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, papers, business cases, documents and reports.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, industrial or employment relations, business management or a related discipline, along with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated project management knowledge, tools, lifecycle phases and a track record in adapting to emerging priorities through effective organisational skills.
  • Ability to produce quality communications and correspondence to various stakeholders.
  • Capacity to develop documentation including presentations and reports with a high level of attention to detail.
  • High-level administrative skills, including providing Executive Officer support to working groups and committees.
