Workforce Relations Strategist

We are seeking a strategic leader with expertise in industrial relations to lead and shape our workforce relations strategy.
This pivotal leadership role provides strategic industrial relations advice, advocacy, and support across the organisation. You will lead enterprise bargaining negotiations, resolve complex industrial matters, and represent the organisation in high-stakes forums including the Employment Tribunal.
You will oversee key workforce functions including rostering and return-to-work, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, equity, and compliance.
- Lead industrial relations strategy and enterprise bargaining.
- Advise on legislation, awards, and workforce policies.
- Resolve disputes and manage complex employee relations issues.
- Oversee rostering and return-to-work functions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Law, or Human Resources.
- Proven leadership in complex industrial environments.
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in formal industrial proceedings and stakeholder engagement.
