Industrial Relations Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace relations strategies, including enterprise agreement negotiations and direct engagement models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing workplace relations strategies, including enterprise agreement negotiations and direct engagement models.
- Assisting organisations in developing workforce strategies for tendering in large private and public sector contracts.
- Conducting workplace training on appropriate workplace behaviour.
- Sensitive workplace investigations.
- Secondment arrangements with clients to provide specialised expertise.
- Wage compliance reviews, including underpayment rectification and M&A due diligence.
The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have end-to-end bargaining experience in highly industrial environments and be solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. Formal qualifications and/or experience working within employment law, HR, and/or industrial relations will be highly regarded.
