**Advanced Case Manager Role**

We are seeking an experienced case manager to lead the day-to-day statutory supervision of young people with complex needs.

This role involves implementing and reviewing client service plans, programs, and services, as well as liaising with agencies such as courts, policy, mental health services, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and skills relating to case management, including a strong understanding of the youth justice system and principles underpinning relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day statutory supervision, providing support and resources to clients, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
