Commercial Site Operations Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our commercial site operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-profile accounts and delivering cleaning services successfully. They will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for client queries and escalations, working with Area Managers and Supervisors to manage, train, and develop staff, and ensuring service agreement KPIs are met and in line with contractual requirements.
- Client-facing role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing multi-site portfolios is essential
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
