Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager based in Frankston, VIC. The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing site staff, ensuring safety regulations are adhered to, regular reporting on project progress, and resolving any issues that arise on-site.

- Proven experience in Site Management and Construction Management

- Proficiency in understanding project drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices
