Job Title: Site Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams on large-scale civil/infrastructure projects. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build positive relationships with all stakeholders, and have a commercial outlook in using resources efficiently and economically.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement of labour, trades, subcontractors, materials and equipment
- Conducting toolbox meetings, start-ups, site inductions and checking compliance (tickets)
- Managing a team of trades and labour to ensure all tasks are completed according to the project timeline
- Reporting any incidents or accidents
- Ensuring all work completed by the team is up to standard
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience with leading teams on civil/infrastructure projects
- A sound understanding of construction/civil processes
- Excellent communication capabilities
