Strategic Broker Relationship Manager

Shape the future of trading relationships with top-tier brokers by developing a deep understanding of their business and identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a panel of brokers to deliver the best value proposition across all segments.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to drive communication, transparency, and accountability.
  • Analyse competitor intelligence and develop plans to gain market advantage.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and ensure consistent messaging.

As a successful candidate, you'll have 5-7 years of industry experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role, strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes, and experience in relationship/strategic selling within insurance.
