Strategic Broker Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Broker Partnership Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the insurance industry.

About the Role

This role will involve developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key brokers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a panel of top-tier brokers and develop deep understanding of their business to identify strategic opportunities
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to deliver Zurich's value proposition across all segments
  • Drive communication, transparency, and accountability across broker relationships and internal teams
  • Analyse competitor intelligence and develop plans to gain market advantage
  • Represent Zurich at industry events and ensure consistent messaging in partnership with marketing and leadership
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of industry experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role
  • ANZIIF CIP membership or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes
  • Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships and strategic plans
  • Experience in relationship/strategic selling, ideally within insurance
  • Operational management experience and passion for driving business growth
