About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fleet Manager whose primary focus will be to ensure optimised performance of TTi's ANZ fleet. A key focus of this role will be to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes are at the forefront.

Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:

  • Oversight of the governance, controls, and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles.
  • Partnership with fleet vendors to ensure optimal service levels and agreements upheld.
  • Identification and implementation of solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Production of quarterly performance and insights reports to senior management.
  • Management of capital expenditure and review of month-end invoicing.
  • Management of data for FBT reporting.
  • Oversight of vehicle accident and incident insurance claim processes.
  • Assistance and provision of mentoring and leadership to the Fleet Administrator.

About You

For this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar Fleet Management role within a growing, fast-paced industry and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Additionally, you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A highly professional and committed approach to learning our business and processes.
  • The ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and work well under pressure.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written communication and numeracy skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including hybrid working, access to LinkedIn Learning, paid parental leave, and generous discounts on company products.
