Position Overview

This role plays a critical part in designing, integrating, and optimizing complex systems required for motor core production processes. You will lead the technical architecture, facilitate seamless integration across subsystems, and oversee system design from initial concept to final deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Design & Architecture:
    • Develop robust systems for motor core production, integrating hardware and software for optimal performance and functionality.
    • Create and maintain detailed system architecture documentation aligned with project goals and industry standards.
  • Integration & Testing:
    • Oversight of system integration efforts to ensure compatibility between subsystems.
    • Establish comprehensive testing protocols, conducting rigorous validation and verification of system functions for reliability and stability.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop cohesive systems meeting technical requirements.
    • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Support project management to maintain project timelines.
  • Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
    • Identify potential risks early in the design process and develop strategies for system stability and continuity.
    • Lead troubleshooting efforts for system-related challenges, implementing solutions enhancing system robustness and efficiency.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Maintain thorough documentation for system configurations, test plans, and integration processes.
    • Evaluate all systems and components against relevant industry standards, certifications, and safety regulations.
  • Innovation & Future Development:
    • Promote systems that support future advancements in manufacturing processes and technologies.
    • Advocate best practices in systems engineering, including model-based design, lifecycle management, and systems modelling.
