Key Responsibilities
- Manage replenishment inputs from various sources, including quantitative and qualitative data, contextual information, dealer catalogues, new stores estimates, and new business partners.
- Cross collaborate with Demand Planners to assess baseline forecasts for NPI and BAU SKUs.
- Control replenishment inputs, monitor demand changes, and balance stock across different plants to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Accurately input product lifecycle information, including new products, transitions, and retirements (including projected end-of-life).
- Collaborate with after-sales and service centers for Min/Max management of spares categories.
- Align assumptions, risks, and opportunities based on exceptions, channel alignment, and category/retail activation managers during monthly review sessions with NAMs and feed into other S&OP meetings.
- Question assumptions and rationale behind forecasts to ensure a solid understanding of increases or decreases.
- Coordinate handover processes between S&OP and S&OE (long-term planning) focusing on channel inputs and outputs.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Planner with a passion for continuous improvement, excellent stakeholder management, and a positive attitude. Your ideal background includes a business degree and intermediate skills in Excel, Qlik, and Power BI.
