Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Treasury Solutions space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to target market sectors across our Corporate Treasury and Payment solutions.
- Acquire new clients for FIS Treasury solutions in Australia and NZ, ensuring sales quotas are achieved.
- Develop a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory.
- Identify, contact, and qualify new prospects within the territory.
- Manage sales opportunities from first call through to closure.
- Participate in sales calls and online visits to determine appropriate resources or representation by other FIS departments to close the deal.
- Build and develop relationships to work with prospects at all levels, including C-levels.
- Undertake demonstrations and/or presentations of selected product offerings.
- Negotiate and close new business contracts.
- Develop add-on business from selected client portfolio to ensure sales quotas are achieved.
- Stay on top of all market developments within the territory and take ownership of market intelligence and maintain awareness of all competitor activity.
- Develop new business opportunities that result in meeting and exceeding annual quota targets through sales to new customers and expanding options to existing accounts.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Sales, with a focus on software sales and Treasury solutions.
- Strong experience in selling to corporates, with a preference for candidates with experience in the financial or treasury market.
- Ability to travel within assigned region.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
