Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Treasury Solutions space. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to target market sectors across our Corporate Treasury and Payment solutions.
  • Acquire new clients for FIS Treasury solutions in Australia and NZ, ensuring sales quotas are achieved.
  • Develop a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Identify, contact, and qualify new prospects within the territory.
  • Manage sales opportunities from first call through to closure.
  • Participate in sales calls and online visits to determine appropriate resources or representation by other FIS departments to close the deal.
  • Build and develop relationships to work with prospects at all levels, including C-levels.
  • Undertake demonstrations and/or presentations of selected product offerings.
  • Negotiate and close new business contracts.
  • Develop add-on business from selected client portfolio to ensure sales quotas are achieved.
  • Stay on top of all market developments within the territory and take ownership of market intelligence and maintain awareness of all competitor activity.
  • Develop new business opportunities that result in meeting and exceeding annual quota targets through sales to new customers and expanding options to existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Sales, with a focus on software sales and Treasury solutions.
  • Strong experience in selling to corporates, with a preference for candidates with experience in the financial or treasury market.
  • Ability to travel within assigned region.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
