About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our infrastructure projects in Sydney NSW. This permanent role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze Cost Plans for large complex projects, including detailed measurement and rating exercises.
  • Prepare Cost Plans in a format that facilitates optioneering.
  • Convert Cost Plans to Package budgets and work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Complete detailed cost reporting forms.
  • Forecast cash inflow and outflow for complex projects.

About You

  • A degree in construction management, building, or engineering, coupled with extensive experience in contract administration.
  • Possess MRICS certification or be working towards it.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects within budget and timeframes.
