About the Company:

Our client is a leading construction company with a strong presence in the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. With numerous projects across Sydney, we offer exciting opportunities for professionals looking to work on high-profile developments.

About the Role:

The HSE Specialist will provide expert support to project management staff, subcontractors, and workers by ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of health and safety plans, conducting risk analysis, and managing relationships with employees and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Cert IV in OH&S, 3-5 years of experience in a WHS role within the commercial industry, and previous experience working for a head contractor. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 + superannuation, plus benefits including permanent full-time employment and multiple locations across Cronulla and Castle Hill.
