
Project Document Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Document Manager to oversee document management for greenfield infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:
- Organising, managing and maintaining documents
- Maintaining proper version control of documents
- Accurately entering and updating data in the document management system
- Facilitating easy retrieval of documents by employees
The Document Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration among various departments.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all documents adhere to relevant regulatory standards and internal policies.
About YouTo be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in document management or a related field preferably within the context of greenfields infrastructure projects
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
