About This Role

This two-year fixed term position will be focused on enterprise business, leading a process transformation strategy that simplifies processes and puts customers at the forefront.

  • Develop and execute a process transformation strategy for our enterprise and business customers.
  • Leverage advanced process improvement capabilities like Lean Six Sigma and automation to drive large-scale process improvements.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure seamless experiences for our customers.
  • Drive a portfolio of high-value initiatives and track success through customer-focused metrics.
  • Foster trusted relationships across the business and industry to influence outcomes and share best practices.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of process excellence professionals.
  • Design and implement process redesign strategies to enhance customer experience and employee efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps.
