The Day-to-Day
  • Develop and implement process redesign strategies that simplify complex processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Deliver large-scale process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and automation to boost efficiency and impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders to remove friction and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Drive high-value initiatives tracking success through NPS customer-focused measures, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
  • Build trusted relationships across the business and industry to influence outcomes and share best practice.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of process excellence professionals.

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt) with a track record in automation.
