Repair Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key leadership role within our organization. As Repairs Coordinator / Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing our repair operations at Moama, NSW.

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate fleet services and repairs">
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of tradespeople and apprentices">
- Manage workshop inventory and stock levels">
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards">
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and housekeeping">
- Support the development and implementation of improved maintenance processes">
- Provide breakdown support as required">
You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
">About You
">We are looking for someone with:
">- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Repairs Coordinator">
- Strong background in the transport, automotive, or fabrication industries (tanker/road transport experience highly regarded)">
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills">
- Strong computer literacy and planning ability">
- A commitment to safety, productivity, and continuous improvement">
