Job Overview

The Venue Coordinator is a key role responsible for coordinating daily operations of the venue.

This hands-on position involves overseeing bar, functions, and bowls operations, as well as coordinating events, bookings, and visits.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee bar, functions, and bowls operations.
  • Coordinate events, bookings, and visits.
  • Supervise, train, and support staff on shift.
  • Liaise with internal teams and committees to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Help promote and grow the bowling community.
Requirements:
  • Experience in food & beverage and/or functions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Customer service focus with problem-solving ability.
  • Keen interest in bowls or sports coordination.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Availability to work weekends.
