Leadership Role Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our repair operations and oversee a dedicated team of tradespeople and apprentices. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating fleet services and repairs, ensuring that our customers' fleets are serviced to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the repair team to achieve performance, safety, and continuous improvement goals.
  • Developing and implementing improved maintenance processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing workshop inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal supply chain management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards through regular audits and inspections.
  • Providing breakdown support as required and developing solutions to resolve complex issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Repairs Coordinator with a strong background in the transport, automotive, or fabrication industries.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong computer literacy and planning ability with proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • A commitment to safety, productivity, and continuous improvement with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
