About the Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage all repair and maintenance activities, ensuring our customers' fleets are serviced to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a dedicated repair team while driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Please note: Relocation to the area is essential for this on-site role. Immediate start and overtime available.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and coordinate fleet services and repairs

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of tradespeople and apprentices

Manage workshop inventory and stock levels

Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards

Oversee documentation, reporting, and housekeeping

Support the development and implementation of improved maintenance processes

Provide breakdown support as required

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Repairs Coordinator

Strong background in the transport, automotive, or fabrication industries (tanker/road transport experience highly regarded)

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong computer literacy and planning ability

A commitment to safety, productivity, and continuous improvement
