We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to fill the role of Assistant Manager.

  • This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a practical mindset to ensure the smooth operation of daily park activities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Park Manager, taking on key responsibilities such as coordinating daily operations, overseeing guest check-ins, supporting staff development, and contributing to marketing efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily park operations, including after-hours response
  • Oversee guest bookings, account management, and front-desk operations
  • Support and mentor staff across various departments
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and revenue growth initiatives
  • Maintain high standards in safety, compliance, and park presentation
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and guest satisfaction initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience – ideally in accommodation, tourism, or hospitality
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Confidence with budget oversight and reporting
  • Experience with RMS or similar systems
  • A current driver's licence
  • Availability for weekends and after-hours responsibilities
