Full Time Event Coordinator Role

Moama Bowling Club is a leader in dining, entertainment, and sport along the Murray River. We're seeking an energetic Venue Coordinator to coordinate daily operations at The Greens.
In this hands-on role, you'll oversee bar operations, functions, barefoot bowls, and sporting events. You'll work closely with the Bowls Operations Manager and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and memorable experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Manage bar, functions, and barefoot bowls operations to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate bowls events, bookings, and club visits to promote and grow the bowls community at Moama Bowling Club.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and support staff on shift to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and committees to ensure effective event delivery.
- Experience in food & beverage and/or functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Customer service focus with problem-solving ability.
- Keen interest in bowls or sports coordination.
- Current NSW RSA (essential).
- Availability to work weekends.
