Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily park operations, including after-hours response
  • Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and account management
  • Supporting and mentoring staff across reception, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, and park presentation

About You

You'll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience – ideally in accommodation, tourism, or hospitality
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Confidence with budget oversight and reporting
  • A current driver's licence
  • Availability for weekends and after-hours responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery may be required

Candidates must have the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment. A valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state is also required.
