Job Description

This position involves being the technical expert for audits and quality reviews, driving growth through coaching, reporting, and insightful analysis. The successful candidate will drive improvements in training, processes, and outcomes for our members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of life claims with accuracy and fairness.
  • Delivering feedback and coaching to help teams improve their performance and capabilities.
  • Analysing data to uncover trends and risks, sharing valuable insights with senior leaders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and frameworks that drive excellence.
  • Assessing capability and recommending authority levels to ensure effective decision-making and risk management.
  • Running deep dive audits to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing life claims, providing feedback and coaching, analysing data, supporting quality assurance processes, assessing capability, and running deep dive audits.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience in life claims, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow. They will be analytical, curious, and confident in leading projects and presenting insights.
