Quality Improvement Lead


Job Description:

As a Quality Improvement Lead, you will drive the implementation of quality management systems to improve overall quality objectives and targets. Your role will involve managing global quality processes, leading Lean initiatives, and ensuring effective internal controls are in place.


Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement strategic actions to improve quality throughout the value chain.
  • Manage global quality processes and lead Lean initiatives.
  • Establish process performance indicators and ensure effective internal controls are in place.
  • Analyze process indicators continuously and take corrective action where necessary.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has an Engineering degree, Lean 6Sigma certification, and expertise in quality core tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, and A3. They should also have advanced English proficiency and experience in Project & Site Quality Management.
