Senior Quality Process Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Ensures product compliance through QA/QC subject matter expertise;
- Applies advanced engineering and statistical techniques for process control;
- Drives process improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity;
- Ensures site QMS aligns with ISO 9001 and manufacturing standards;
- Supports value-driven quality systems across multiple plants.
About the Role
This role is part of a team responsible for operating two manufacturing facilities, a detonator assembly plant and a shock tube extrusion plant. The ideal candidate will be involved in both plants and have a strong understanding of automation equipment.
We are looking for someone who prioritizes data-driven decision making and has a passion for safety. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure good quality raw materials enter the processes. You will also identify opportunities for improvement and deliver value to customers.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of lean principles and their application in continuous improvement initiatives. We want to see how you can contribute to our forward-thinking approach to quality assurance.
