What You'll Be Doing Lead the design and development of control systems using ROCKWELL Automation, Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and Citect SCADA.
Maintain and enhance existing systems across platforms like Siemens S7.
Work with advanced SCADA systems, including Ignition, GeoSCADA, and Honeywell Experion.
Develop communication systems using Modbus, HART, and CANbus.
Apply your electrical engineering knowledge to power distribution, protection systems, and VFD configuration.
Provide technical support to operations, including after-hours troubleshooting when on-call.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, ensuring their growth and contribution to project success.
Manage contractors during installation and commissioning phases.
Drive project delivery through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and cost control.
What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems.
Proficiency in Rockwell Automation RSLogix 5000/500 and Citect SCADA.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
A valid Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel (intrastate, interstate, and occasionally overseas).
