Senior HRIS Analyst Opportunity

This is a chance to build the future of our HR systems, elevate data integrity and deliver insights that shape how we support our people and organisation.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People, Culture & Sustainability team. This role involves system administration and maintenance, configuring, testing and maintaining our HRIS platforms.

  • System Administration and Maintenance, configuring, testing and maintaining our HRIS platforms.
  • Lead and support system implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Lead and coordinate change management initiatives by designing process maps, overseeing workflow optimisation and developing concise quick reference materials to support seamless transitions.
  • Manage user access, permissions and security protocols.
  • Perform regular audits and data cleansing.
  • Support users and systems with data migrations during system upgrades and transitions.
  • Build Power BI (or similar) dashboards and generate reports for HR metrics.
  • Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and propose tech-driven solutions to maximise systems performance.
  • Champion innovation (including AI) and continuous improvement advancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify areas of improvement and pain points for current users.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Elmo, etc.).
  • Qualifications in Data Science, Systems Management or Human Resources desirable.
  • Strong grasp of system integrations, data flows and visualisation tools.
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard creation skills (Power BI or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Permanent full working rights in Australia required.
