As our Senior HRIS Analyst, you'll lead initiatives that streamline operations, enhance user experience, and unlock smarter decision-making.

You will be responsible for:

  • System administration and maintenance, configuring, testing and maintaining our HRIS platforms.
  • Leading and supporting system implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Coordinating change management initiatives by designing process maps, overseeing workflow optimisation, and developing concise quick reference materials to support seamless transitions.
