We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor HRIS Coordinator to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing vendor data, maintaining data integrity across various systems and participating in system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all transactional CWF/Vendor data requests promptly
  • Maintain data integrity across Lighthouse, SuccessFactors, and downstream systems
  • Manage and monitor data integrations from Lighthouse to SuccessFactors
  • Manage line leader changes efficiently
  • Create and maintain positions for CWF/Vendor workforce
  • Verify and maintain accurate data, seeking clarification when necessary
  • Participate in system enhancements and upgrades, leveraging HR master data experience
  • Assist in preparing various reports
  • Support audit requests as needed
  • Assist with UAT and test scripts for system upgrades
  • Ensure contractor data confidentiality and restrict access appropriately
  • Align HRIS processes with industry best practices
  • Identify solutions for CWF/Vendor master data queries

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in business process change and end-user training within the oil & gas and mining sectors. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Vendor onboarding administration processes
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Experience with business process change and end-user training within the oil & gas and mining sectors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (SAP)
  • Experience with MyPass or similar contractor competency management systems
  • Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors is essential
