Job Role – HRIS Business Analyst
Salary - $120,000-$130,000 plus enhanced super
Start date – ASAP
Duration – 12 month fixed term

I am working with a local council in their search for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in HRIS implementation and exceptional HR stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the business analysis function for the HRIS implementation
  • Engage and collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
  • Analyse current HR processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
  • Support change management and user adoption strategies
  • Work with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver project milestone
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with HRIS implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, particularly with HR teams
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
