We are a leading tiles and bathroom ware retailer in Australia, with over 110 outlets nationwide.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This role is based in our state office in Marleston and will serve as a point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders & deliveries.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising directly with builders, supporting the sales force with general administrative duties, keeping accurate client and job records, data entry and database maintenance, relationship management with customers and suppliers, maintaining internal team relationships, order management, and problem solving any on-site issues that may arise.

  • Customer service superstars with high-level organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
  • Confident, professional and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative
  • Highly competent in Excel and other Microsoft suite products
