Key Role:

The successful candidate will provide critical support to the team by creating documents in accordance with ASDEFCON templates.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop bid responses and recording all bid-related activities based on proven experience with defence writing standards.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for effective customer liaison.
  • Support defence bids and proposals through meticulous review and interpretation of tender documentation.
  • Estimate labour, material, and subcontractor costs accurately.
  • Drive competitive pricing through data-driven analysis.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold qualifications in Engineering, Estimating, or Project Management (highly regarded).
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment effectively.
  • Have a good understanding of Australian and international engineering/manufacturing standards.
  • Have a detailed understanding of contracts and their creation process.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive proposals efficiently.
