Training Specialist for 3D Experience (3DX)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our PLM Product Support Team as a Training Specialist.

Your key responsibility will be to support the development and delivery of 3D Experience (3DX) training, enabling next-generation processes, tools and techniques to achieve strategic goals.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the company, performing testing and validation of 3DX changes to ensure they meet functional requirements.

In addition, you will deliver instructor-led 3DX training sessions, perform train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks, and design in-person and online training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of instructor-led 3DX training sessions
  • Performing train-the-trainer and mentoring tasks
  • Analysing lesson framework needs and designing in-person and online training solutions
  • Conducting 3DX courseware continuous improvement tasks
  • Working collaboratively with business partners to support testing and development of new processes and technologies
  • Providing technical support to users on 3DX and processes
  • Staying current with industry trends, technologies and best practices in PLM and training delivery
  • Supporting project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting and resourcing

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced professional who has used PLM tools such as 3DX, eMatrix, Enovia or Teamcenter. A qualification or equivalent experience in systems engineering, aviation maintenance, software development or configuration management is also essential.

A confident public speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills is required, as well as the ability to collaborate and provide clear guidance on technical matters.

Desirable Qualifications

Diploma Training Design and Development (TAE 50216) or Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116) are desirable qualifications.
