We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team.

  • Review project specifications and contracts to identify design requirements and constraints.
  • Advise on project design schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and update senior management on key milestones and potential issues.

About You:

  • A commercial builder background in a Design Manager or Project Engineer/Design Coordinator role is essential.
  • You should have experience working on pre-construction and project delivery projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders are required.
