With an active pipeline of boutique multi-residential and mixed-use developments, they offer a stable, well-resourced environment for ambitious construction professionals to take ownership of premium projects from the ground up. Working closely with consultants, you\'ll ensure seamless design delivery, prevent clashes in BIM, and oversee execution both digitally and on-site (1-2 site visits per week).

Known for their attention to architectural detail and quality execution, they operate with a hands-on, collaborative approach and are committed to delivering outcomes that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design management for high-end multi-residential, commercial, or industrial projects from concept through to construction documentation and delivery
  • Coordinate all design aspects with consultants and engineers; oversee BIM coordination and clash management
  • Ensure design deliverables align with project goals, budgets, schedules, and regulatory requirements
  • Support site execution with on-site reviews and design clarifications during construction
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Design Manager, ideally within high-end multi-residential, commercial, or industrial sectors
  • Registered Architect (preferred) with the ability to independently lead and coordinate all design aspects
  • In-depth knowledge of legislation, BCA requirements, Construction Act, and NCC
  • Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and BIM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across all stages of design
