Senior Façade Engineer Position

This role presents a unique opportunity to advance your skills in structural engineering and design. As a Senior Façade Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of various projects, including architectural buildings, infrastructure, and institutional projects.

You will work closely with clients, architects, local governments, and collaborators to ensure client satisfaction and quality project outcomes. This role requires initiative, innovative thinking, and strong communication skills.

  • Key areas of responsibility include façade engineering design, project management, and commercial factors for façade projects.
  • You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and assisting in their growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in facades, relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Engineering), and expertise in relevant analysis software programs (Strand 7, Spacegass).

A Chartered Professional Engineer designation is highly desirable. Strong proposal writing skills and the ability to develop new documents (Scheme Design Reports, F3P1 PBDB, Remedial Specifications) are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
