Commercial Design Professional

This is a hands-on role where you will lead the design on commercial interior projects, bringing creativity and technical ability. You will be involved in every stage of the project, from concept development to delivery, working closely with clients and project teams.
Job Description:- Develop design concepts, spatial planning, and material selections for commercial fitout and workplace projects
- Prepare documentation packages for construction and council submissions
- Coordinate with internal project managers and external consultants
- Presentation of ideas to clients and guidance through the design process
- Mentorship and support of junior team members
- Lead the design direction for commercial fitouts and workplace projects
- Develop and implement design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- 5–8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or workplace fitouts
- Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical detailing
- Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
