A diverse and inclusive team is crucial to our success. As a HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in executing large-scale organisational transformation initiatives that complement the change management and workplace relations streams of the projects.

You will report directly to the Head of People and provide expert HR advisory and leadership support to senior stakeholders across a portfolio including corporate and operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale transformation and workforce consultation ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and cultural priorities.
  • Execute stakeholder engagement strategies working closely with senior leaders employee representatives and unions to drive successful change adoption.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR matters related to the transformation within a complex ER/IR landscape.
  • Advise and coach senior leaders on people initiatives to enhance workforce capability engagement and performance.
  • Manage organisational change initiatives including workforce restructures role redesigns and large-scale employee communications.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration and engagement ensuring employees and leaders are supported through change initiatives.
Requirements

Extensive experience as a HRBP in large complex multi-site environments.

Proven expertise in leading large-scale transformation and workforce consultation.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Deep knowledge of employment law industrial relations and enterprise agreements.

Experience in navigating complex ER/IR landscapes.

A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a passion for driving positive workplace change.
