Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee human resources operations, including workplace health and safety, employee onboarding, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR functions, including award interpretation, employment relations, and payroll processing
  • Authorise timesheets and input hours into the HR information system (HRIS)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and HR functions within Australia
  • A strong understanding of Australian workplace laws and award agreements
  • Proficiency in payroll and HR software systems
  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner level minimum 2 years
